Tiyanfumo properties was established in 2002 with a commitment to raising the standard of property management in South Africa. Although the company was formally established in 2021, our team brings more than 15 years of combined experience in residential, commercial and retail management. From our head office in Pretoria, we serve property owners, investors, tenants and institutional partners across the private and public sectors.

Since our establishment, we have managed more than 1 500 tenants and achieved monthly rental collections exceeding R15 million. Our team of qualified property practitioners combines extensive industry knowledge, responsive service and technology-enabled systems to maintain a rental collection rate of approximately 98%.

Our experience includes tenant screening, rental administration, financial management, revenue collection, maintenance coordination, legal compliance, revenue optimisation and property advisory. We have extensive experience managing residential, commercial and retail properties across South Africa's inner-city, urban, township and rural areas.
